Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all transportation services provided by Easy Ride ("the Company"), a professional provider of cross-border MPV transport services between Singapore and Malaysia.

The Company offers various transportation services including but not limited to :

• Bookings can be made via the Company's website, phone, email, whatsapp or other official channels.
• A booking is confirmed when the client receives a confirmation message or email from the Company.
• Clients are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all booking details upon receipt of confirmation and notifying the Company immediately of any errors or discrepancies.

• Accepted payment methods include Cash on :

  2. Pay Now
  3. Bank Transfer
• Full payment is required prior to the commencement of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Quoted prices include toll and custom charges, vehicle rental, and driver’s fees. Any additional charges, such as for waiting time or extra stops, will be communicated during the booking process.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid charges.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before service) may incur a fee, as detailed during booking.
• Changes to the booking (such as date, time, or destination) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary travel documents for cross-border travel.
• The Company is not responsible for delays or denial of entry resulting from incomplete or incorrect travel documentation.
• Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. The Company is not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.
