How do I make a booking?
A.

You can place bookings or enquiries via any of the following methods:

  • For quotation requests and non-urgent bookings, please fill-up and submit booking form at https://easyridetravel.com/booking.
  • Our friendly customer service team responds promptly and provides professional advice on different travel needs - airport transfers, point-to-point transfers, group bookings, full-day booking, customised trips, etc.
  • Driver's name, mobile number and vehicle details will be sent to you one day before departure via Whatsapp | Wechat | SMS.
Q.
Can we cancel booking?
A.
  • You can cancel booking at least 24 hours before pick-up time without any charge.
  • Booking cancellation less than 12 hours will be charged @ half price. 
  • Booking cancellation less than 1 hour will be charged @ full price.

What are the available payment methods? Can I pay by credit card?
A.

Cash on delivery or PayNow only. Credit card option is not supported currently.
Alternatively, bank transfer to our designated bank accounts and send us a screenshot of the bank transfer proof.

Is there any extra charges on top of the prices listed?
A.

Yes. Prices listed do not include:


  • Extra pick-up / drop-off points - chargeable at SGD10 per point
  • Extra charge during Singapore & Malaysia public holidays and school holidays (please check with customer service officer)
  • Extra waiting time - chargeable at SGD15 every 30 minutes (after first 15 minutes grace period)
  • Additional charges for peak season. All-in price will be advised before booking is confirmed.

What is the maximum seating capacity of your Cars?

Toyota Innova (6 seater)

Maximum capacity:

  • Up to 6 pax with 2 small hand carry bags*
  • Up to 5 pax with 2 x 24 inch luggages
  • Up to 4 pax with 4 x 24 inch luggages
Hyundai Starex (10 seater)

Maximum capacity:

  • Up to 10 pax with no luggage or hand carry bags* (no boot space at all for 10 pax)
  • Up to 7 pax with 6 x 24 inch luggages
Toyota Alphard | Toyota Vellfire (6 seater)

Maximum capacity:

  • Up to 6 pax with 2 x 24 inch luggages + 2 x hand carry bags*
  • Up to 4 pax with 4 x 24 inch luggages + 2 x hand carry bags*

Q.
Do you provide Baby Seats?
A.

Yes, 1 baby seat is chargeable at SGD10 per way.

Q.
Which customs will the driver go by? Woodlands or Tuas?
A.

It will be decided based on the traffic condition at that point in time. Drivers will also be advised by the head office which receives live updates from our drivers that are on the road to avoid or to go by Woodlands or Tuas checkpoints.

Q.
For hourly booking or full day booking, how are the hours being calculated?  What if we exceed the number of hours initially booked?
A.

Number of hours is calculated from the time of the first pick-up point till the time of the last drop-off point. Overtime is chargeable at SGD30-40 per hour depending on types of vehicles and whether it is peak or low season.
